okbe Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the okbe website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://okbe.onl.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform that enables access to betting, casino, and payment services.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal account balance held on behalf of the Player by okbe, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using funds from their Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by okbe in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Agreement applies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okbe Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a bonus — you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms.

Acceptance is also indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking a checkbox or button labelled "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" during the registration process; (b) completing a deposit transaction; or (c) placing your first wager. Any of these actions constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement regardless of whether you have physically read each clause.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. However, okbe accounts are strictly personal — corporate or business accounts are not permitted on the Platform.

3 Eligibility

Use of the okbe Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbe strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you, by okbe, or by any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of okbe, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.

okbe reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point during the Account lifecycle. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the okbe Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number and a valid email address.

You may hold only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts together with permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

okbe may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete full KYC verification. You agree to provide, upon request, documentary evidence including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate; proof of residential address; and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to satisfy a KYC request within the timeframe specified by okbe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your Account registration details accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, mobile number or email address must be communicated to okbe support promptly.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okbe immediately at [email protected]. okbe will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication where offered.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Do not save your password in a shared browser profile or device.

okbe will never contact you by telephone, email or message to request your password or full payment card details. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okbe immediately.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okbe Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed upper limit on a single deposit, though okbe reserves the right to apply transaction limits at any time for operational or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to the Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing time is typically one to four hours. During periods of high transaction volume or where a KYC verification is pending, processing times may be extended. okbe will communicate any such delays to the Player via their registered email address.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the Player's own name.
• okbe does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts.
• Any deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Wallet and a wager has been placed.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• okbe reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any large deposit transaction.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, okbe may offer bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer. General bonus principles that apply across all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, passed KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or eligible Bonus Funds. Wagers placed on certain game categories (as specified in individual offer terms) may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• okbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

8 Betting Rules

okbe offers sports betting markets — with particular depth in cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as live casino games and video slots. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price or outcome being offered, okbe reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.
• For cricket and other sports markets, the result will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or other applicable authority).
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per wager are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing the bet. These limits may be varied at okbe's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at okbe's discretion, including during breaks in play, weather delays, or technical review periods.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. RNG certification details are available from the respective game providers.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with okbe support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbe Platform. Breach of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using inside information or match-fixing arrangements to influence the outcome of any sporting event covered by okbe markets.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measure, firewall, encryption, or access control on the Platform.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering activity through the Platform, including the deliberate cycling of funds through the Wallet without meaningful gambling activity.
• Registering or operating an Account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, including through the use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbe employees, support staff, or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbe Platform — including but not limited to the okbe brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied by third-party providers, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okbe or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; or use the okbe brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from okbe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; inability to access the Platform during maintenance periods; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or loss of data.

okbe's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbe makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance periods will, where possible, be communicated to Players in advance.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

okbe collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the okbe Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes in detail what personal data okbe collects, the purposes for which it is used, how it is stored and protected, and the rights available to you in relation to your data.

okbe does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory compliance services solely for the purpose of operating your Account and complying with applicable legal obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming

okbe is firmly committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Account from the account settings page.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30, 90 or 180 days, or an indefinite exclusion. During this period, the account is locked and the Player cannot deposit or wager.
• Reality checks: Automated pop-up notifications during extended play sessions displaying time elapsed and net win/loss for the session.

14 Suspension and Termination

okbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if, in its reasonable judgement, the Player has: breached any provision of this Agreement; provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; or posed a risk of harm to the Platform, other Players, or okbe itself.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. okbe may retain a portion of any balance pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or another prohibited activity is suspected, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting okbe support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services serving Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the okbe support team in the first instance. okbe aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

okbe does not waive any rights or remedies available to it under applicable law by reason of any delay or failure to exercise those rights.

16 Amendments to These Terms

okbe reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, okbe will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document and, where the change significantly affects Player rights or obligations, will notify registered Players by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the okbe Platform after the revised terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
